Saturdays Are For The Breads!

I guess one of the most searched things on Google during Quarantine has been Banana Bread Recipes. Well, here I am adding to the mix/trend!!

Yesterday, I modified two banana bread recipes to make them sugar-free, gluten-free, and without oils and butters. I made a Double Chocolate Banana Bread and a Snickerdoodle Banana Bread. I’m attaching Amazon links to the special ingredients that you may not have in your pantry so you can order them and get baking!!

When you see my recipe, you’ll notice I used unsweetened applesauce as a substitute for the oil/butter. If you don’t have applesauce and don’t mind the butter, you can just use melted butter or even coconut oil for the applesauce. I promise though, the applesauce does NOT give it an apple-y flavor.
