I’ve cut out dairy, grains, and sugar for the past three weeks and have felt FABULOUS I’m sleeping better, my acne/face is clearing up, I have more energy, and I just feel all together good with my body&soul. One question I feel is challenging for those that want to try this lifestyle is… WHAT. DO. I. EAT?! I thought the same thing too. However, in researching and creating this eBook, I found that there are SO MANY options. Rather than just posting the recipes/directions to my instagram, I wanted to share it with you all! 


So I challenge you… try this “Chegan Lifestyle” for a day, three days, a week, three weeks, three months… a lifetime?! Try it and reflect on how you’re feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally. Keep a journal, keep a food log, keep a photo journey…WHATEVER! All I ask is that you KEEP ME UPDATED!
